Do I have to commit to employing you as my cleaner long term?
Absolutely not, here at Master Cleaners Bristol and Bath we believe the quality of our cleaning speaks for itself. That’s why we don’t ask either our domestic or commercial clients to commit to a lengthy contract.
Many of our customers do tend to stay with us, but this is due to to the quality of our work, not because they’re tied into a lengthy contract
Who will clean my house or office?
A fully vetted and CRB checked member of our cleaning staff will visit your home or place of work to complete the required cleaning. Our reviews speak for themselves and you can find out more about what our clients think on the testimonials page of our website.
Do you need access to my cleaning cupboard?
We certainly DO NOT. All cleaning operatives working for Master Cleaners will be fully briefed on the cleaning task that is to be completed. They will ALWAYS arrive at your home or office with all of the cleaning equipment and supplies they need to complete the job.
How do I pay for the cleaning you’ve completed?
There are a number of ways that you can pay for the cleaning service we provide. Firstly, we accept cash in person after the job has been completed to a standard you’re happy with. We can also accept bank transfer for the work that has been completed.
What if I have a special request or want you to complete an additional cleaning job?
